The whole experience was efficient and friendly. Anthony and the whole staff , including Josh were helpful and accommodating during the purchase of my new CX-5.I would have been interested in service information like service hours. I was advised about the first oil change.

Battery Replacement They to care of my battery replacement right away. Very happy with their service. I give them a 10 On my opinion if you need a new car or use. They will make it happen. Other dealers turned us down but not Cory Fairbanks Mazda. We left with a 2017 Lexus. Loving it. Thanks to everyone that made this happen

Expeditious handling I was in and out in under 2 hours and car was spotless. It was a cash sale, same as car that was totaled so no undue effort on anyone's part was required.

Tacata air bag recall They swapped out the driver & passenger air bags and replaced a gasket on fuel tank. Had to return next day for module replacement? Didn't discover till after I had left that fuel pickup didn't go all the way to bottom of tank? 16.5 gal. Tank ran low at 1/4 level and took 12.5 gal. to top off tank? Also found mechanics gloves left inside cup holder?? Nice customer service questionable mechanics? Not pleased with work done and will correct myself. Thanks!
