Amazing service at Cory Fairbanks Mazda Daniel was absolutely excellent at explaining what was going on with our Mazda & even told us what we needed to fix right away & what we could get done later. He was extremely thorough & we know we can trust him completely. We knew he was out for her best interest. I know an honest mechanical shop is almost unheard of but we definitely found one!

Josh Simpson is The Best!! I did a lot of shopping around of different brands and came in equipped with my financing secure from my bank. Josh is the only sales person (out of 6 different dealerships!) that treated me well and made the process seamless and enjoyable. He is thorough and attentive but not overbearing or condescending like I encountered with other salesmen. I really appreciate his demeanor and would recommend him and this dealership to everyone!

Great personal service I am thankful for Edwin in the service department cause of his professionalism and honesty. He resolves the issues for my car in a timely fashion and presents options. Simply Amazing Service and Hospitality I cannot tell you how much I would recommend this dealership. I am a 20 something year old who is completely independent and hardworking kid. I had my Parents with me, but don’t think things would’ve gone any differently if they weren’t present. My mom does not speak English well and making such an important deal and providing her with a Spanish speaking salesman was my first bonus point, not only was he professional but honest and not at all pushy. Happy with new suv but miss some of things I had on last one. Navigation, power driver seat, back storage space seams smaller. Love the color , found a couple nicks in paint on passenger side which I never looked at, my bad. I didn’t realize it didn’t have navigation till after I bought it

Transmission replacement Courteous and friendly. Quick service and provided transportation to and from my home. Also allowed me the use of a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed

Very good experience Very pleasant experience. We went from trying to buy a used 20k car, into another used 24k, but left with a 28k brand new one. No regrets and very happy, big kudos for Jose and Mike for sitting with us for so long without getting annoyed and pushing.
