Excellent service I received excellent service at Cory Fairbanks Mazda. They were honest, straightforward and easy to work with. They were even able to to get the car I wanted earlier than expected. Mazda CX-5 My husband and I had been searching for a new SUV and we’re pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the CX-5 was. The touring premium package that we purchased came equipped with safety features, upgraded speakers and an automatic tailgate, all of which were premium upgrades on many Compact SUVs we had looked at. First oil change and check a slow air leak in my fairly new They tended to us as soon as we pulled up; I give them 5 stars for that. They took charge of the situation which was to give me my first oil change and also to check the possibility of a slow leak in one of my new tires; after trying for a while they came back and said they could not find a leak; my husband had to point out to them where the leak was. Service The service department is the best. Everyone is friendly and courteous. They are all very knowledgeable in their position. I would not buy or have my car serviced any where but Fairbanks.

Unbeatable service Always a great experience when I visit Cory Fairbanks Mazda. The renovations look absolutely amazing and I love that I was checked in by somebody else while Brian was wrapping up with another customer. Service was quick & Brian was honest as always.

Just Okay My experience at other Mazda dealerships were better. The snacks had Mildred/ mold. My car wasn’t washed, but my advisor give me a voucher for a free wash elsewhere.
