Great customer service I purchased a car from this dealership almost 10 years ago and had all its service and maintenance visits there too. When it came to needing a new vehicle recently I purchased the new model of my Mazda 3 here from the same sales person. I didn’t have to think about it- I have always received great service and been treated as a valued customer.

Good Service Brian was very attentive and polite. He was also very helpful. The wait was not bad but the car wash could be a bit better.

Great service as usual! Jiariel was very helpful and accommodating when I came in for an oil change. They pointed out that I needed a new cabin filter but they didn't pressure me or try to change my mind when I said that I would install it myself. I appreciate that very much. I'll continue bringing my car here for maintenance and upkeep because I know that I'll get the best level of service.

Good service if you like to wait 2 hours Took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation and they didn't even wash the car like they normally do. They did give me a car wash voucher for a 3rd party place but that just takes even more time out of my day.
New system is not customer oriented I’ve had service here several times.. Yesterday was the first time since the removal of the kiosks. It is not convenient to have to leave the car and go inside the building. I have mobility issues. And walking into the building to get service is time consuming. Also, I asked them if they had reset the tire pressure gauge as often they do not. Instead of checking it, they suggested I reset it myself. . So I drive off and the car makes the gauge sound indicating there is something wrong.. si... read more
