A dealer who respects you and your time. This is the second car in 5 years that I have bought from this dealer. I was in a rush and they respected that. I was able to negotiate a favorable deal in a short time. The salesman put a deal together quickly and the manager approved my second offer. Excellent Customer Service All the staff at Cory Fairbanks Mazda provide excellent service, are attentive and care about your needs and wants. Would highly recommend. Great folks. Beth is very attentive toward her customers too and finance was great as well.
Issue with headlight I just stopped in the service center to have my headlight checked out. The service gentleman took a look at it right away and of course the issue was not showing at that time. He told me what to do and to come back if it happened again. It took 5 minutes and they were very nice and professional
Awesome! This was my first experience with purchasing a Mazda or visiting a Mazda dealership. I was very pleased with the car I purchased and the way I was treated. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly and Matthew was awesome. He answered all of my questions, did not pressure me, was very patient and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Service I left my car for service, everyone was friendly, they have a car ready for me to pick up so I was able to do some shopping while my car was on service.
