Had a reliable, effective salesman answering my questions. Overall, things worked out, but not impressed with finance rate being used as bait for buying extra products! Couldn't understand with excellent credit score(800), rate at 1rst was close to 5%, before buying down with extra warranty purchase.
Dealer was polite and enthusiastic about my needs Good service, seemed very concerned about fully satisfying my expectations even after the original sale 6 months ago. Brian was very attentive. I had a slight flaw in the hood which I notified them about within a day of purchase and they had no issue addressing the issue 6 months later when I arrived for first service. The Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL! I LOVE the Cory Fairbanks Mazda Service Department!! We get all of our service done here, and we would never even consider anyplace else. Daniel Gajus is our Service Advisor, and he is always head and shoulders above what you would expect from any dealership's servcie department, expecially one like this, where the sales people are all pretty much slimy, lying, rude, snakeoil salesmen.
