Exceeds expectations I expected the normal salesman approach to my visit but instead was met with a willingness to ensure my needs were met. Best dealer !!!! I bought a 2015 Mazda cx5 black on black . My salesman was David Mitchell he was a gentlemen and didn't put any pressure but was more supportive for my desicion . wow I was blown away I was really impressed at how great an experience I had with the whole car buying experience. I had been to a different dealership the day before and finally walked out. It was sooooo different at cory fairbanks madza. I am a fan for life.
Warranty request I called Cory Mazda on a warranty question regarding a cracked windshield. Jeff Macklefresh stated that I needed to bring the vehicle in to determine if the crack was from a road hazard or if it was a stress crack. Jeff noted that my phone call was from an exchange that was a long distance from the dealership. great. Sales was great. Service is on time. Financing took a bit of time but it always does when your credit is good nor great and you have negative equity with a trade.
