Great as usual I just bought my fourth Mazda vehicle from this dealer. I have owned 3 Miatas and one Mazda 3. On this visit I was very pleased with my experience as usual.
Sales department Mr. Zee Saidi was very friendly and instrumental in our selection of Madza. He was very patient when we were shown different car models and explained all the options.
Great Experience Charles Powery was a great representative and helped me out a lot. He was able to answer all of my questions and more. He did not have a pushy attitude and allowed me to evaluate and make decisions on my own. He was very helpful and kind and made my purchase a great experience. The rest of the teams I worked with were also very helpful and kind but Charles made a huge difference and played a great role in my decision to lease the new Mazda6.

Service department A++ Window tint service done very timely and professionally. The service manager who assisted me was courteous and kept me informed of the status of the job which was completed ahead of the scheduled time.
Great staff, honest and knowledgable! I recently had my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 serviced at Corey Fairbanks. Jimmy Tran found an issue with a previous service, had it fixed at no charge, and got me out the door quickly. I have purchased two Mazdas so far (the other being a CX9) and now because of the consistant excellent service, my daughter is looking at purchasing a 2015 CX5. Great as always! I've only had to do oil changes, but I'm always impressed with Jimmy Chan and the Service staff. They're friendly and efficient and I feel good about leaving my baby in their care.
excellent my experience with Brian was great he was very polite had good mannerizem ,he took good care of me and my husband he told us were to wait ,told us to help ourselves with what ever we want in the waiting room, it wasn't a long wait . Must ask for Salesperson, Christian Ananya I've purchased many new cars. The dealership does a good job of getting you a good deal. Christian made the experience the best I've had. He was knowledgeable, fair and not pushy. To cap it off, while in finance, he took care of transferring all of my personal items from my trade in to the new car; toll tag, air freshener car chargers, etc. He did not just put it in a bag.
