Staff is very friendly and good with the residents. Very caring. I know its hard for them to be in 20 places at once but they do their best. I am pleased with the care my husband receives.
5 Spring Creek was very good. Had a full crew of workers and they were all very kind and knowledgeable. We felt mom was in very good hands.

Spring Creek has been a great place for my Dad. He is happy there and says he likes the food and the "people" Staff. The staff is exceptional! Very special people who are empathetic, patient and loving.
Overall a 5, because of the staff. Everyone is always willing to help, they contact me when there's something I need to know about, and they're friendly with mom and dad.
I would give a 5 in all categories, I am very pleased! The staff is very caring and observative the food appears to be very good I can't think anything bad to say about spring Creek in. I suppose my only complaint would be the cost and with things costing what they cost today I think it's a fair value for the money
Our family feels so fortunate to have our Dad at Spring Creek Memory Care. It is such a loving, caring home for him. The attention the entire staff gives to the residents is incredible, always redirecting situations in a respectful way that provides a safe and understanding environment for those suffering from memory losses and confusion
My loved one is currently a resident at Spring Creek Inn and everything about her experience has been great so far. The staff and care services are great. The friendliness, cleanliness and activities are also great. I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn to others. They do a wonderful job!

The minute I called Spring Creek Inn and spoke with [name removed] about a year ago with inquiries for maybe moving my mom there, I knew we were in good and capable and experienced hands. In our tenure, there has been very little staff overturn. It is not always easy to see my mom in a memory care facility with others also suffering with dementia but the staff seems to recognize this and goes above and beyond to make us feel very welcome when visiting. I have already told so many people that I already have my room reserved. The staff know each resident by name, and are generous with their time. The staff love working with the residents in the community and you can tell. They have great patience and respect about the resident's dignity. The meals are good according to my loved one and they accommodate his needs beautifully.
