I have already told so many people that I already have my room reserved. The staff know each resident by name, and are generous with their time. The staff love working with the residents in the community and you can tell. They have great patience and respect about the resident's dignity. The meals are good according to my loved one and they accommodate his needs beautifully.

Looking through the windows we could see that the community was clean, and the staff members were wonderful. They did have activities going on, and for Thanksgiving the staff helped the residents make and write Thanksgiving cards to send to their families.
Spring Creek Inn is a wonderful facility. I moved both of my parents there when they each developed significant (but different) cognitive issues. The staff were so patient with them when they had a difficult time adjusting and help me learn how best to communicate with them. When my father died, the staff continued to care for my mother like family, which was a relief for me because I live at quite a distance from Bozeman and could only visit every 6 weeks or so. Spring Creek Inn was a very good facility, and our loved one received really good care. The rooms were always clean and neat, and we thought the food was very good as well. We would recommend this community to others.
All of our interactions with the Spring Creek Inn staff has been positive. In a very difficult situation, they have interacted with us with compassion and professionalism. With the recent added stress of isolation, they have gone out of their way to find creative ways to communicate with our family. I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn to anyone looking for a safe, clean, positive environment for their loved one.
The journey with a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia is a difficult one. When the time comes that being home is no longer an option, the decision is daunting and heart wrenching. Our Mom has been at Spring Creek Inn for over a year and a half. The care givers are incredible and it is obvious that they truly care about her wellbeing. She is treated with respect and kindness. Spring Creek Inn have the most caring management, office staff and nurses I have ever dealt with before. Mom is eating a lot better and is joining in the activities with other residents. Our loved one lived there for a couple of years. The site is beautiful and like any business, there are problems behind the scenes that their polished front does not reveal. There are some AMAZING staff there that should be paid double what they make! Mgmt is over paid and always at lunch or out when you call. There is high turnover and they seem to always be short staffed and the shower aid quit BUT this Job is one of the hardest jobs out there and for those staff people that truly love the residence they are the best there... read more
