This company never listens. I asked to have the EXTERIOR cement platform of my generator sprayed because there was evidence of a previous ant infestation. A pair of technicians showed up, and rudely informed me that it was too cold to spray and they could not be held accountable for spraying INSIDE the generator. I tried to explain that what was needed was the exterior base - not inside - but they turned their backs and drove away. Horrible!We used to be customers at our old house in *********** - we raved about them!Once we moved we took our lawn care company with us as we used them and really loved them.We referred them to our neighbors as well!This is our second/ third year using them and it has been awful!!!They don't show when they say they will. I received a text asking me to rate the service, when they hadn't even gotten out of their car (as I work from home). What if I wasn't home? Very dishonest company. Charges for services not agreed end upon. Poor service technician talked on his phone the whole time. Did not spray half the yard. Would not recommend to anyone
We have been a long time customer of ********************, *******, **. Service is bad. Last year they over fertilized and burned the front and back yard. **** over a month for a manager to come out. Manager agreed to aerate and reseed, Machine broke down in the back, tech did the seeding manually. This is a new season, tech came out and stated that the grass was bare and needed additional aeration and reseeding. NOT. DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE. We were long term customers of Spring Green located in **********, **. On December 4, 2023 my 71 year-old wife went outside to speak with the service technician to ensure the application would be applied to our ******** next to our residence. The Spring Green employee was very rude and disrespectful to her stating in part "don't you have anything better to do than watch me".
