Poor customer service. Communication with the technicians was terrible. I paid for a package service that was supposed to start early spring. After several weeks of zero communication, I called corporate because I couldn't get through to my service area. I was trying to cancel but nobody contacted me after several attempts. Poor customer service, does treatments that you have not requested. Does not respond to phone calls. My lawn always has weeds. My lawn was been damaged by his equipment treatment was done when lawn was soaked by 5 days of rain!
