This is such a lovely historic property that’s been well maintained and cared for. Gorgeous views of the Ohio River, and convenient to local restaurants, parks and activities. Host is responsive with good communication. Very clean and comfy. Hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in early October 2022. The apartment was spacious and private, location great, beds and furniture comfortable. It was a nice touch to have shampoo and some other toiletries on hand, extra towels available. 4 adults and one child shared the space and had plenty of room and never had to wait to use a bathroom because there are 3 full baths! It was fun to sit on balcony at all times of the day and walked to many of our destinations in town.
Great place to stay. The view is amazing. Our family loves it here.

The place was awesome! Location was perfect for a wedding we were in town for. This is a cute area with a Great view of the river across the street and a nice little Resturant just a few feet from the front door for brunch. Check out their bloody Mary's they are wonderful!
We had an awesome second stay here at the Springer House! I absolutely love the home feel of the place and it’s cleanliness. The view is amazing and i just love this little town of NR. Thanks for hosting a great Airbnb.

Everything was as mentioned. It’s in a great location. The house is very spacious and has everything you will need. Would definitely consider staying here if I ever get back to Cincinnati.
Christian and Anjela’s AirBnB located on the Ohio river was the perfect home away from home. I felt so cozy and at home in this beautifully renovated space and the views were incredible. They put so much detail in making the space open and comfortable down to the original preservation of the hardwoods in the mast bedroom. If you ever find yourself in the Cincinnati area, this is the spot to be. I would highly recommend checking this space out for yourself and I can’t wait to stay again soon!
