This is such a unique and wonderful place, we keep coming back! Beautiful historic building that’s been well maintained and cared for. And such a fun little river town. Always something to do, or just relax and watch the river roll by. Apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Host has excellent communication and is very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in early October 2022. The apartment was spacious and private, location great, beds and furniture comfortable. It was a nice touch to have shampoo and some other toiletries on hand, extra towels available. 4 adults and one child shared the space and had plenty of room and never had to wait to use a bathroom because there are 3 full baths! It was fun to sit on balcony at all times of the day and walked to many of our destinations in town.
Great place to stay. The view is amazing. Our family loves it here.

The place was awesome! Location was perfect for a wedding we were in town for. This is a cute area with a Great view of the river across the street and a nice little Resturant just a few feet from the front door for brunch. Check out their bloody Mary's they are wonderful!
We had an awesome second stay here at the Springer House! I absolutely love the home feel of the place and it’s cleanliness. The view is amazing and i just love this little town of NR. Thanks for hosting a great Airbnb.

Everything was as mentioned. It’s in a great location. The house is very spacious and has everything you will need. Would definitely consider staying here if I ever get back to Cincinnati.
