This is a beautiful place! Very clean, with beautiful decor, well supplied and very clean. The location is gorgeous, the view is outstanding and our hosts were wonderful to work with throughout our stay. It is a second floor place with many steps and no elevator. This is the only drawback and not really a drawback just something to be aware of when booking. Absolutely wonderful place! Great location dead center of downtown New Richmond. Incredibly walkable. Plenty of fresh linens, great kitchen, cute balcony, super comfortable beds, great living space and a wonderful view. We were the first and you could tell Christian put a great amount of effort into ensuring we had a comfortable and easy stay. And we will ABSOLUTELY be staying again!
This apartment is 2 separate apartments combined into one in an old building that used to be a hotel. It was good enough for us & our 3 children but certainly not a 5 star experience. The “bedroom” with the bunk beds is actually the same room the washer & dryer is in. The lighting in that room is a large florescent light that is motion activated. Thanks for the review Rachel. Too bad your experience wasn't a five star. If you had mentioned the shower I could have told you how to engage it. We try to keep as much of the historic nature of the building as we can. That sometimes leads to unique layouts people are not familiar with. Such as locations of outlets etc..
Bathroom has no fan. Bedrooms have no fans. Kitchen only had one hand towel. Other guests food left behind in cabinets and fridge. One bedroom has no tv. Carpet is very stained, I would leave socks on at all times. Bathroom needs some work. Light above kitchen sink had a very large spider web.
