I have been living here for almost 1 1/2 years and I couldn’t be happier. Neighbors are so friendly and maintenance is always quick to help. It’s pet friendly and always has community events planned each month!
Our institution sends our medical physicians to stay here while on rotations at a nearby hospital. We have had nothing but GREAT things to say about Springetts! They are so easy to work with and the furnished townhomes are beautiful! This is our 3rd year of using their services and we plan to continue for years to come!

I love living at Springetts apartments! They are doing all they can to keep the office staff and maintenance crew safe and still working. They provided residents with flowers last weekend! They've also put off raising rents for 2020 due to the Corona virus. Now that's taking care of our community! This complex is just 2 minutes (by car) from Aldi's, Sam's Club, Xfinity Store, Best Buy, Galleria Mall, etc! Love the friendly office staff! The landscaping is beautiful. Although we have just moved in a month ago, we were well aware of the quality of the Springetts Apartment Complex before we applied to live here. All of the recommendations are true. The staff in the office is exceptional in that they’re friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They’re prompt on call backs and emails. The maintenance staff is top notch, as well. Probably one of the best apartment communities in York. Location feels secluded and safe. The maintenance crew is fast, helpful, and responsive. Very clean unit when I arrived in August 2016. It is also located right in the middle of different commerce such as, a grocery store, the mall, electronics, restaurants, the highway etc. They also do a nice job in organizing events for the community with their monthly newsletters. Would not hesitate to recommend; wonderful place to call home!
