RecommendedAlthough we have just moved in a month ago, we were well aware of the quality of the Springetts Apartment Complex before we applied to live here. All of the recommendations are true. The staff in the office is exceptional in that they’re friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They’re prompt on call backs and emails. The maintenance staff is top notch, as well. RecommendedProbably one of the best apartment communities in York. Location feels secluded and safe. The maintenance crew is fast, helpful, and responsive. Very clean unit when I arrived in August 2016. It is also located right in the middle of different commerce such as, a grocery store, the mall, electronics, restaurants, the highway etc. They also do a nice job in organizing events for the community with their monthly newsletters. Would not hesitate to recommend; wonderful place to call home!
RecommendedSpringetts is a wonderful place to call home! I've lived here for almost 3 years and could not be happier. Everyone I come in contact with is friendly, courteous, caring and professional! The apartments are spacious and well built. The neighborhood is safe and I feel very comfortable living here. It's a great place to call home whether you're roomates, single and just starting out, a couple, a new family, a single mom, or older and want one floor living.

terrible Maintenance service, everything is either broke or was busted when they fixed the apartment up for my family members that just moved in. weeds galore, broken bathroom vent, all the outlets are broke and when they call for them to come out, they have no idea how to fix anything, they couldn't even fix the dishwasher. nice place to live but not worth the price.
