Imaginative and well cooked menu. I had the Lobster Rissotto, which was yummy but a bit conservative with the lobster, only 6-8 tiny pieces. However the service made up for this. It has beautiful decor and the ambiance with the Piano player was lovely. My husband had the Fillet Steak and said it was the best he’d ever had.

A table of 10, 3 babies and 3 buggies. We took up so much room and got in the way, but the staff were so accommodating and made us feel welcome. Thank you, we had a lovely lunch

We sat outside on a busy Sunday for brunch and the atmosphere was amazing - great views of the abbey and a violinist playing in the square - perfect. Staff were all very friendly, but got a few things wrong and we had to keep asking for the special requests we’d ordered (eg gluten free bread) even though we’d included this in the booking.
