This was a second load with ST Freight, after 7 years in business. Though we don't often use brokers now, our experience was about average for this type of load. Since it was re-brokered, we had to call the shipper to get the correct information for load numbers and addresses and didn't have the correct receiver information, it is what we expect when using brokers to move our truck. ST Freight represents what we expect from brokers. They are the average
