I wanted to make it a point to bring recognition to one of your employees, who deserves to be praised for the great things that he does for the community. I have lived here for a few weeks so far and am enjoying my stay. The grounds are kept clean and organized. The apartments have 9ft plus ceilings with crown molding. Good designed and homey feeling. They even have someone come and pick up trash outside your door Monday thru Thursday. Internet and cable are already set up through Time Warner Cable so it's easy to get going and cheaper than going with someone else. What a sweet find. Affordable housing, great amenities and pet friendly. Gym is actually really nice for apartment complex. They have a business center, clubhouse (with pool tables), a pool with super nice grills for community use, a dog park with benches, convenient location (right next to grocery store), friendly staff, friendly neighbors. It's a pretty good place to live.

My husband and I lived in these apart for 5 years. We were ALWAYS great tenants, in good standing. Earlier this year we started to have problems with a man that lived in another building. I did not feel safe in my apartment, much less walking around with my toddler, and I carried mace everywhere I went. I informed the office staff the first time we encountered this person and was told it would be taken care of. This is definitely long over due but definitely needs to be said. To the management staff, I hope you know that you guys have found a true gem(gift) when it comes to James. It's extremely rare to find somebody as hardworking, caring, and passionate as him. I truly believe that he puts his blood, sweat, and tears into everything that he does and it shows over and abundantly. I'd leave Zero stars if I could. My wife and I lived in this apartment complex for over five years. We were great tenants never late with our rent. No complaints, no issues with anybody ever. In the last six months that we lived there they let a gentleman move in clearly without doing a proper background check, we came to find out, and after having two separate altercations with this gentleman, the second of which resulted in him, threatening to kill me, the police called and a report being filed against this gentleman we de... read more

Half mile walk to your apartment due to absolutely no parking left past 9pm. If you have a motorcycle, you're forced to park in the designated "motorcycle parking" that is full or half mile away where someone could very easily steal it(has happened a couple of times already). Zero camera surveillance if it is stolen. Trash always piled high beside the dumpster, never in the dumpster so you could imagine the smell on a hot summer day. They do not care about your safety there was 16 plus trucks broken into last night and when we spoke to the office they had no response refused to do anything about it and do NOT care about our safety do NOT move here we asked if they had cameras and they said no they don't want to spend the money on them and they lady in the office had a smile on her face the whole time and the manager refused to come out of her office and now people here fear for there safety

Lived here for almost 2 years. Maintenance came to my place over 25 times. Was told they weren't going to do pest control even though we are forced to pay for it in our lease. Since Covid we had no pool open the no facilities open, we are paying part of that for our rent. speaking of the pool. The two years that I lived there go to the pool and it was closed at least two out of the seven days of the week. Very aggravating.
