The vets and techs always make us and our pet feel welcomed. They really care about our pet's health and are willing to spend time answering questions and explaining medical matters.

My cat Oden has been such a medical mystery. He went for treatment at Purdue university and had PU surgery and a laundry list of other things and was referred to Dr. Jill for follow up care and I can’t even begin to describe the level of care she has offered for my boy. Sometimes I cry at how lucky we are, she answers my emails any time day or night. He had a relapse a few weeks ago and on her night off was coordinating his care at the partner emergency hospital and came in on her day off (a Saturday) to do a recheck to make... read more
I had to have a litter of GSD puppies put down due to being sick. Everyone was beyond caring and compassionate. It was such a hard day they helped me make an extremely difficult decision. I will also suggest them for anyone who has a pet emergency
We have been bringing our cats to Dr. Couch and Dr. Buckner for about 15 years. We have been through good times and bad. Thwy have always been the most caring and flexible no matter the situation. It is a little harder to schedule appointments, but that goes to show that more people are getting to know how wonderful they are. The staff are always great and responsive. Sometimes it seems expensive, but if you went anywhere else it is more. The Lybarger family
We had to euthanize both of our elderly dogs, Lovie and Schaeffer, due to significant health issues. They made it much easier and comfortable than expected. They had a large blanket on the floor and our dogs quickly relaxed near each other as though they were at home. They were close companions. The staff could not have been more empathetic.
