The people are Great. Our cat has some problems and has been under doctors care for a few years. We would NOT take her to any other place in town for care. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, caring and love animals. Without question or reservation, we highly recommend St. Joe Center Veterinary Hospital.

We love our Vet. The staff is always patient and helpful and the doctor is knowledgeable and great with our dog. Couldn’t imagine having an older dog without their paw plan. Our chihuahua is well taken care of!

The veterinarian and tech staff are awesome. I have a "difficult" Parson Russell....they handle him with the best care. (They know the tricks)...They've taken the time and care to figure his mannerisms.

Business response:

Thanks Penny, we try our best.

I am so disappointed in my last appointment. I made an appointment specifically to get my cats phenobarbital level drawn. She recently has had two more seizures. All I wanted was the pheno level done. First they had to poke around with her teeth. Why? I wasn’t there for her teeth. I was there to check her blood. So by the time they go to check the blood she’s all worked up. surprise!! and they can’t get the blood level for two weeks I’m told!! That’s ridiculous! So I don’t get the service that I originally came in to ... read more

Business response:

Thank you, Cathleen, for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you were caused and I am so sorry you are disappointed with your last visit. Unfortunately pricing is not determined by our doctors. We are able to call in prescriptions when given a pharmacy to call medications into and would be happy to do so in the future. It appears you have already spoken with the DVM who saw your fur baby but please feel free to reach out to me, Kelly, to discuss anything further. 260-485-1602.

They over charge!!! They leave you in a room for hours with no one seeing you or communicating with you!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

They do not do any exams in the rooms as the pets owners. They are supposed to be “fear free”, they are not so they didn’t even look at my dog. I paid 140.00 to be told it’s fleas and my dog needs obedience training. I’m very furious my poor dog is scratching himself raw and they didn’t do anything.
