Great team,they really care about our pets, highly recommend.
Everyone was courteous and informed and helpful.
They took a thorough history of my kitten, and worked out a plan quickly. I was fully aware of what was going to be done and how much it would cost me ahead of time. They explained everything thoroughly, and even called today to see how my pet was! I feel comfortable calling them with any questions I ever have, since I am a first-time pet owner.
Great service as always. My cat gets a little annoyed somethings but Donna took great care of him and he ended up enjoying his kitty bath! Will keep coming back here for my cat's groom :)

Dr Wagenknecht needs to train the receptionists to be more professional and groom themselves better. They look like trailer park girls who just woke up on the wrong side of bed. I have been calling on the Dr since 2002, and since he has expanded the business, it just seems it is all about making MONEY!! I miss seeing Dr.Wagenknecht and his old professional staff!!
Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The facility should avoid having wandering pets in public areas.
