Very friendly staff.
The staff was fine but the way they made us feel was not very nice. I have only owned one dog my entire life so im no dog expert and to make/tell us it is our fault our dog might die makes me feel like a terriable person. I know they are trying to informin me about the seriousness but they could have done it in a more non-judgemental way.
First time dealing with feral cat spayed program. Very helpful answering all our questions. Highly recommended.
The Veterinarian had a gentle touch and was good with Luciana! I have two issues: 1# facility did not seem clean 2# charges seem high The Assistant was very kind!
As always, St. Louis Veterinary Center went above and beyond while caring for one of our four-leggeds! I was concerned with Mocha (frenchie/beagle mix) losing weight and wanted to make sure she wasn't ill. SLVC did a complete exam on her as well as a test or two and I left feeling very reassured.
Love the staff!! My girls get the best care!!
