This crown jewel in St Matthews has been very professional. They floss out promptly the times which are convenient for your visit. Not only does the front desk brighten your smile with their kindness, they communicate well appointment times and insurance questions. The dental hygentists kindness and gentleness cleaning teeth is not a veneer of a disgruntled employee who hates their job. I am not good at change, BUT Dr. Kirkland has made the transition easy. He is understanding, a good listener, kind, nice, friendly and many more adjectives! Of course I continue to like Shana's work. The whole staff makes my "visit" easy!!
