Easy process Knowledgeable staff

Stacey was amazing and answered all of our questions quickly and put us at ease when we got stressed or nervous.
Stacey was extremely helpful and very responsive to issues as they arose. She willingly expended extra time and effort to devise workarounds to contentious issues that cropped up during the refinance process, especially with the VA.
Everything went great. One note. When you send a portion of the closing file for electronic signatures prior to closing make it clear it has to be signed the day of closing. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out.
We were very pleased with our experience with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. Not only did they find a great rate for our mortgage, they answered any questions we had and made the whole refinancing experience easy. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance their mortgage.
