Because of the unique nature of current events, most of the paperwork and line items were just sent over with an ask to sign. Sometimes people don’t know what questions to ask. Recommend a little explanation of the big ticket items sent over before being asked to sign in order for a complete satisfaction of the customer. One of those line items being cash to close.
