I've been with this company for several years. Never had a problem. Sam is the manager now. He is always friendly, courteous and helpful. A real pleasure to do business with him!
I had to find a place quick to store my belongings to prepare for a move; I decided to check out StaxUp Storage in Alpine. I was greeted by Valencia, ( the on site manager), her enthusiasm and expertise made me feel comfortable. With her help I quickly decided which size unit I needed. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Do not get your storage unit here!! They raise the price constantly and will tell you to get your belongings out same day. Outrageous behavior as a fellow resident in alpine for 20 years to see how this business treat their customers with such harshness is discussing.

Arrived at storage at 1PM and lost key to lock. Needed lock cut off, so I headed to the office and it was locked up. There's a large sign reading that they are here and to call or text. I did both. Call went directly to voice mail, and no response to text. I called the business office and they stated that Paul was at the Boulevard location (an hours drive away), but they would text him. I rented a unit at StaxUp Storage in Alpine on Tavern Road to prepare to move from my home after my husband died. After several months, I was able to move my things to free storage - money was getting tight. So on February 9th I informed the employee at StaxUp that I needed to move my things out. He didn't bother to tell me that ONLY if I removed out by the close of the following day would I get any of my $389 rent back. The unit is re-rented as of today and he's collecting double rent! Typical bait & switch Tell you one thing on the phone (flat out lie) that they have a unit you want then when you get there it's a whole different story as they try and rent you a different unit. Who does that? They said I'd be next for it then I get a call that they just got another one and I can have it. Cool. Then 15 min later call me to tell me they have to give it to someone else that was a head of me.
