I don't know anything about their work as of yet, but their response time and their communication is excellent. I would say that the price was right where I thought it would be. We got a quote from Stellar Painting & Remodeling to redo the front porch and repainting our house a couple of weeks ago. They are scheduled to start on July 1st.

Owner provided initial quote. On-time for appt and definitely took the time to explain how long it would take (conservative) to complete the job. I chose Stellar because of the reviews on the site, the fact that they were localand they did not require that they do the paint as well. We wound up having Stellar do the paint (with additions) in the end. One thing I learned - do not plan an inside wallpaper removal and paint jobin Spring if you have a fixed/finite schedule. The bid process was very painless, and low pressure sales. We took advantage of the color consultant who helped us get the right colors and that weren't exactly like any of our neighbors. The scheduling was a little rough - I work best via e-mail but our scheduler seemed to prefer phone. I left e-mail questions for her but only ended up getting answers when I'd call. They were amazing. Great workers, great price, and great quality. It's not always easy working with dark colors and white trim. They were able to blend the rooms seamlessly. We have gotten several comments from other contractors about the quality of the work. They painted our entire downstairs, which is 2000 sq ft. We have several rooms and hallways that are 20 feet in height. They also painted all of the trim in these rooms.

The owner came out to give us an estimate. He delivered the estimate very quickly, and it was quite detailed (time, materials, etc.). Once we decided to use them, they were able to get us on their schedule quickly. The two guys who did the electrical work were hard-working, friendly, and very professional. The gentleman who did the tile was creative and hard-working as well. He'd never worked with this crazy tile we got - but did a lot of brainstorming to make it work. very good job of prep and protection of existing finishes. Took extra care with painting down to base moulding and included painters caulk of base moulding to wall board. Lots of prep to remove peeling paint on windows. This was well done. Interior painting of master BR and Bath and exterior painting of south facingwood windows. Included prep and clean up. The date of work is approximate.
