First time at Pinnacle Dermatology and had a wonderful experience ...I was nervous and the the nurse ( Jenna ) made me feel very comfortable ....She explained the procedure to me ...when she numbed me up I didn't feel anything ...Dr D 'Addario did the procedure and made me feel comfortable ...explained everything to me and did the procedure and it was over before I realized it ... The front staff also was very pleasant ....All I can say is you need to go to a dermatologist and have a procedure done this is the place to go! ... read more

Was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Very reassuring that I was ok.
I’m such a wimp when it comes to any type of medical procedure. . They were very understanding and went out it if their way to put me at ease. They, also, explained what they were doing as they proceeded through the procedure. The doctor continued his care by following up with a phone call.I was was highly impressed that he took his time to be concerned .
