I had an appointment to remove a spot on my face. The appointment was scheduled at 1:40 and the nurse called me back almost as soon as I sat down so the wait was minimal. She was professional and was able to keep me calm and comfortable. When Dr D’Addario came in the room he immediately began talking to me and explained everything that had happened and what I could expect. He was friendly and easy to talk to.
