Gone downhill I have been a resident of Sterling Town Center for four years and I must say that I sorely disappointed in the way this property has changed. The maintenance department is the worse since I’ve been here. They constantly ride around the community but will not pick up trash that’s on the ground. They will charge you when they feel like it Do not move here. They recently changed management and they are being messy. They decided to bring this valet trash service to the community and didn’t give people an option. $20 extra when the trash dumpster is walking distance for everyone. We already pay $12 for trash service but now an extra $20 just to have people take it for us??? Who wants that? And the trash cans they gave us won’t even hold a medium sized bag of trash.
