ThePlace@117 My apartment was very clean and organized when I moved in, and this is a big thing for me. I really liked the staff and complex overall. I definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a quiet place to live.

ThePlace@117 I loved my apartment at The Place, as well as the staff. The apartment was clean and organized when I first moved in, which is a big deal for me. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet area to live.

It's good not great It's one of the few places that I've lived however I have noticed very noisy and very nosey neighbors. The office doesn't seem concerned with noise complaints especially concerning animals and there is a minor bug problem mail delivery is a bit of a hassle and if you get packages delivered they will not deliver them to your door you have to go to the office to pick them up

The Place@117 I LOVE The Place!...It is very clean and well maintained property, with nice neighbors and it's pet friendly. The common areas are pristine; a sparkling pool in the outdoor area, a basketball court, and indoor fitness center. You couldn't ask for a better staff! They are very friendly and helpful.
