They will lie to you every chance you get and try to extract any type of money from you. Second the units are not up kept. You will have to clean it yourself. My unit was dirty upon arrival, it had mold, broken and dirty toilet seats, pee stains on the mattress, chipped paint, dirty everywhere… and a host of other problems. Terrible Experience Working here must be just as miserable as living here- the turnover rate is extremely high with new people in and out all the time, making it hard for anything to get resolved through one person. The people who work in the leasing office are rarely of any help & are often rude as they just assume the residents are stupid young college students. You are better off paying more to live on campus because half the time they cancel the shuttle anyways. Would give a zero if I could.

Moving here was a huge mistake There are squirrels and birds living in the attic. The linoleum tile is cracked and split on the floors. There is water damage everywhere: on the vents, the attic, the ceilings. There is dark mold in the pantry and in the bathroom. The wind shifts during the day and the complex smells like the pig farm it's built next to. The people who work for the leasing office are checked out, because literally all of the units have so many problems they can't keep up. Do not move here.

Do not come here Now they are calling it Place@117. This place sucks more than you can imagine. First, they charged me a late fee for twice, it was 50 dollars each time, while the contract says it is 5% of monthly rent, which is way more lower. And they blame me for paying the late fee in the first place, after my moving out and asking for a refund. Neighborhood Watch for Free Too cramped. Neighbors are nosey and rude! Not a good area to raise a family.
