Overcharge, prices are way too high , didnt fix the problem I called about but found something else to charge me for.. Service person had lots of suggestions for purchasing unnecessary replacements., perhaps he was on commision.

Both Trevor and Nick both called ahead to advise they were coming soon. Trevor came for the maintenance on 11/1 advised me of potential problems and confirmed my concern about the gasket and ordered that part. (He also noted I needed 2 light bulbs, but found out later I did not need one in the refrigeration section--only a loose bulb.) Nick brought the new gasket on 11/11. Much too expensive for a 15 minute dusting/cleaning of our subzero innards. $235. Wow. Much more than two years ago, the last time you did the cleaning. You’ve now priced yourself out of the market for us.. I guess you have plenty of other customers so you can set any prices you want and risk losing some like us. Too bad.
Came out next day when freezer broke.
