I met Steve at my house at 9:00 am on Thu Mar 5, 2020 (he was 15 mins early) to discuss a possible re-fi. We discussed interest rates, loan costs, and the new payment he had good answers to all questions and concerns (how would this work with the coronavirus and the state being shut-down.. how could you possible get a loan under these conditions? He assured me he had never seen anything like this but the company PRMG was still making loans. The loan closed on time. Bob
