Everyone there was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and polite. The invoice was easy to read and understand and broken down into categories. In the service waiting room, they offered free Starbuck's coffee, all kinds of refrigerated drinks, & snacks to enjoy while you wait. If I need my Beetle serviced again, I'll come back here :).
