Like that they did everything in an timely manner. Didn't like that they didn't say anything about the battery needed changing in the key fog or didn't change it since the car showed in on the screen in the car when I got it back.

The wait time was way longer than expected for both drop off and pick up when texted it was complete. There was only one service person available that day so had to get in line even with an appointment.
