Excellent customer service, the EPC light came on as I was driving and I took it immediately to Steve White Volkswagen and as promised was contacted the next day with issues and a price to fix it. I gave permission to have it repaired rather than purchasing a new SUV that was on my mind to upgrade to. Have had no problems thus since the repair. I hope to get another 100,000 miles.
