As always, excellent service.
Very welcoming service department and right spot on with service.
so far the service helped to solve the temperature sensor issue, but the cost of the repair was high, I would recommend to give specially offers for owners with cars below models 2015 , because the owners of those cars does not have same economic power than people that buys most recent models of the VW brand
The service was wonderful. All of my questions were answered ( Patrick). Would gladly refer anyone looking for efficiency and great service, this is the place to go!

People are nice in the service department. The text updates were good. Work was done on time. My only issue was the 3G to 4G upgrade. Lots of frustration to figure out all the changes with no idea what to do and no warnings given. Then there are the many unexplainable Audi Connect apps and options that are indecipherable. I downloaded an app and it is tracking our every move. Kinda creepy. Then the app shows I have 3 recalls to deal with and I had no idea. The dealer does their best.
The only complaint is that my car keys didnt work and it needed to get updated and no one mention anything to me
Patrick was a terrific service writer & Gina was a wonderful receptionist.
The best place EVER!! Great service and awesome front desk staff, you feel welcomed the moment you arrive for your service. So if you have to spend a little more than expected they make you feel so confident that your not being taken advantage of. As long as I have my Volkswagen Jetta this will be my place for service.
