Mike Braswell is a great salesman, unfortunately I can’t say the same for anyone else we’ve dealt with. Knowing the issues we’ve had with our 2018 atlas we were offered a trade in to be told we were upside down in the lemon we were driving. Our new payment would be $40 more than our current payment and it wasn’t Vic Baileys issue it was VW’s issue. I’m sorry, don’t you sell VW? Horrible, horrible way to treat a customer. Recently had our car serviced there and shortly thereafter the engine blew. The service manager, Scott, admitted to knowing about a defect in the VW engine since 2012 and also admitted we were never told and no repair was ever offered to prevent the engine failure. He referred us to VW, but the lady at VW was quick to point out this is a dealer problem because they had sent out a bulletin and the dealer failed to inform us. Good experience except for a problem getting my tag due to negligence of an office employee but the GM called to apologize and assured us he has taken steps to assure it never happens again to someone else.
