Very unhappy with Volkswagen! I have a 2013 Jetta was having a problem out of my ignition lock cylinder. The car was under the manufacturer's warranty, so I had it replaced by Vic Bailey VW January 2015. Now a year and half later I'm having the same issue but car is no longer under warranty and the part itself only had 1yr warranty. I called VWoA to see if there any fix to this issue since the car is only 3yrs old and now going to be going on my 3rd ignition switch.
