Verified Renter Ive lived here for over 6 years and ive had a good experience but things have gone down a lot since then. I feel there needs to be a fence around the property that prevents random people from coming from off the streets to protect our cars and there needs to be more cameras installed.
Verified Renter Apart from minor issues which was taken care by the apartment management am quite happy with the complex i intend to renew my lease based on the fact that wherever something needs to be fixed or repaired carlos the maintenance guy is right on time making sure the repair is done efficiently.
Verified Renter It is one of the best apartments in Laurel to live in, the noise is isolated causing the neighbors not to hear anything or us to hear them, the building is very safe and very quiet. They're all super friendly, they have cameras everywhere and I love that, it's just perfect, I've lived 1 year and now I've moved again because there's no other one that's as good as this one.

Verified Renter I like it here at the Towers! The only thing is the smoking,dogs and the trifling tenants that don't clean up behind themselves .The building has definitely changed since I moved here years ago.

Verified Renter Being here has been good. Its a great view of the city. The place is too open to the public though. Anyone can walk in and theirs not enough cameras and security. The price is reasonable and the maintenance needs some work but otherwise its ok.
