Loving it here! I was on the for fence a while about actually moving in because of all the rewiews I have read about bugs at Steward Tower. It has been 3 years and I can honestly say NO BUG's yay. The Parking is good I have never had a issue finding a spot. If you want a spot up close get there before 5 or 6pm but never have I not found a spot. However even tough I have not has a issue they only have 10 visitor spots which seems silly to me. But I can say I have only seen it full once in the month I live here so I guess its ... read more

Verified Renter All utilities being sprung together now without a long notice is bad. If there is a need for residents to pay it could have started off partial (ex: now have to pay water gas, with sewage electricity being included). There really isn't any advantage to stay in an older building that's increasingly becoming dilapidated with only two elevators. Mail carriers still refuse to use the parcel lockers.

Verified Renter Noise level (mufflers and car racing outside), screaming neighbors, fighting neighbors, and building construction noise starting weekday mornings before full light, at dangerous noise pollution levels. Power saws, drilling, heavy industrial machinery at work - ADD IT UP - sleeping here impossible! I moved here for the beautiful balconies with a row of trees which provided a really nice view and privacy. Building is starting to look ragged Been here a couple years now. Prices keep going up by the maintenance of the building keeps going lower. Also this place has roaches.

Rude leasing agents Maybe one of the worst places I've ever lived. For multiple reasons. Pros: cheap, convenient location, utilities included Cans: (I could go on and on) RUDE corporate staff and leasing agents, violation of tenant rights to privacy, nasty attitudes from the leasing agents, they tow from the parking lot (for kickbacks I assume), lazy leasing agents, can hear multiple units, arrogant leasing agent, the pile of rocks and stagnant water where the pool used to be that has been there for years that they keep sayi... read more
