We purchased ours 6 years ago, and unfortunately it has spent more time down than up (no exaggeration with that, even with repairs). Customer service has been terrible from our experience. It was great at first, but once we began having issues (like 3 months in) it was all downhill from there. Use extreme caution. Maybe we got a bad one. Who knows. Please do extra research before your business/non-profit invests in one.
Stewart Signs has horrible customer service. We have been experiencing issues with our sign from the beginning and have been awaiting for Stewart Signs to make things right. I’ve contacted our sales consultant, technical assistance and the VP of sales but have not had any resolution. Save your money and use another sign company. They have not helped our church fix our sign. Save yourself the pain and aggravation and find another sign company.

Our Church bought a sign and had a lifetime warranty when it was bought. We are having problem with it and they refuse to even send someone to look at it. I do not recommend them to anyone!
