First off, we are pleased with our sign. The tech support and customer service is a different story - on three occasions our church administrator remained on hold 1.5 hours ending with the need to hang up for other work. It took 8 weeks to get a software upgrade installed and our sign repaired due to lack of communication. The product itself is fine, the support for it is a bit of a nightmare.
So sad that our school saved up funds to purchase a sign & it won't work & they refuse to fix it. �
After 3 messages, 2 emails and no response, I believe your customer service department is the worst I've ever experienced. Inept companies at least respond. Thanks for repeatedly ignoring the contacts.
The sign we bought for our school has never worked.
Very disappointed. We spent $30,000 on signs and get better service in a fast food restaurant. They will work very hard to get your business then forget about you. I am so disappointed and very sorry I chose Stewart Signs.
Hancock Assembly of God has had our sign a couple years and have had many positive comments from our members and the community. We have had a couple incidents with downtime, once replacing a circuit board, and recently being down for about two weeks awaiting parts and installation. Customer service needs to improve greatly as we experienced several unanswered emails and phone calls during this downtime.
