I made a reservation for 8 for a birthday celebration and they wanted to seat us by the kitchen and the prepping station that was loud with dishes clanking and lots of people moving around. This was despite a more desirable table available which they did end of seating us at. The section we were sat in was very busy and the server was absent for almost 20 minutes (can't say it was his fault) But instead of another server or manager taking our drink orders, we had to wait.
