RecommendedJust moved in recently. Nice updated apartments. Everything was cleaned nicely before moving in and everything works the way it should. Friendly service and so far everything has been great!

Apartment floor plans are great. Truly love the neighborhood. The school is great. The maintenance has always been friendly and gotten my issues resolved fairly quickly. The office staff is kind and welcoming. It would be 4 stars if I have not experienced what I have lately. My apartment has flooded with sewage 3 times now…in a year in a half. Second time was so bad that I had to move out for 2 days, got completely new flooring and dry wall in the areas it flooded. The third time it was resolved fairly quickly. But here is t... read more
SLUMLORDS. Moved into dirty apartment. Maintenance guy flooded my apartment an destroyed my kids toys and furniture. Windoe leaked water and destroyed my clothes. Refrigerator went out after a few days after moving in resulting in 200 dollars worth of groceries. They never compensated any thing that was their fault. Moved out early and paid everything up to date that they said I owed. And still charged me for late charges They are SLUMLORDS
Do not rent from these crooks. Bait and switch Black mold Caving roofs Caving balconies No AC and heat for up to 6 months Leaking windows and walls Unlocked electrical boxes outside Structural issues on bottom level apartments Bricks falling off chimneys Rent increases out of nowhere Algae growing in pools Mold in laundry facilities Injuries to tenants from these issues Health complications from these issues Do. Not. Rent. Here.
