Have had nothing but problems since I moved into the Chalet apartment units, and no one can be bothered to assist or call me back.

I have called atleast 20 times trying to reach someone at corporate. I have left voice mails and messages on your site with no call back. We are having issues with management at the complex we live in. I pay to live at this community, but I do not pay to be treated like crap.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I lived at The District and it has been over two months since I moved out (due to a HORRIBLE experience living there ever since this management company took over), and I still haven't gotten back the security deposit check I was told I would get within 30 days. This management company and its representatives at the Three Fountains in Kansas City belong to the category of classic shysters. They evade, misrepresent the facts, and now they have pocketed several hundred dollars of mine that they said would not be taken. Crooks and liars are not too strong a word for these people. Shame on you.

We recently rented an apartment at the Chalet apartments in Topeka Kansas . Our experience was a disaster. The maintenance is terrible. We reported our furnace was not working properly, maintenance came and said all was well . It was cold in our apartment,the furnace ran constantly. Cold air came in around the windows and sliding glass door. We notified the office 4 times and always told the furnace was okay. It ran for 4 days straight. I live in Keeneland crest, Indianapolis. The management at StoneCreek is great but I would recomment then to pay more attention on keeneland crest apartments. Apart from maintenance I dont have any complaints with the community. But the maintenance is a real BIGGG issue in this community.
