Great Place for Service! While I'm not a big fan of their Sales dept, I love the service department! The attendants are friendly and know their stuff! The best part is they don't try to upsell you add-on services the way other service centers do. When I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance, I'm able to enjoy a hassle-free interaction with no surprises.

Honda Minivan repair My experience at the service department at Honda of Conyers was excellent. My service advisor, Thang Hoang, took the time to explain the complex work that was needed to repair my minivan. He was very courteous and professional, but also made me feel like family. While the repair work was being done, I was given the use of a loaner vehicle so I was not left stranded. Customer Always excellent customer service when I go there. Friendly staff.
Spare Tire Customer services was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. I went in for a tire rotation. I asked that my spare be inflated. My trunk was empty with the exception of jumper cables, a flash light and an umbrella. The spare was not checked or filled. I had to wait an extra few minutes. I wish it was completed during the original service as requested. This is why service was not a 5 star.
