Pamela I came in to have a spare key made for sons pre-owned CRV. Fit us in a timely manner but the cost was higher then expected. Customer service was excellent as always. Had been taking my Odessey there for 15 years and when I sold, was told I had one of the cleanest engines the buyer ever saw for a car that old.

Fast and Painless Made appointment for service oil change and 15000 mile routine service and inspection. Got there and was immediately taken care of. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Plenty of refreshments available and waiting area was comfortable temperature. Came and got me when service was complete everything that was done explained in easy to understand language not to technical or talked down to. Not the chore that getting serviced used to be.
Great Customer service I travel over 45 minutes to see Chris. It is aways an awesome experience
Service The service was flawless, the waiting room is average at best. The prices in the vending machines feels like your are taking advantage of a captive audience.
